General terms and conditions for the online shop

    We reserve the right to limit the quantity of deliveries or not to carry out deliveries without giving reasons. Payments already made will be refunded accordingly. Claims for damages will not be accepted.

  • 1.4

    The order is confirmed by the supplier. The contract is concluded as soon as the confirmation is received by the buyer. If the confirmation is not received within 48 hours (working days from Monday to Friday), the buyer shall consider this as a rejection of the order and shall be entitled to conclude the contract with another supplier. These General Terms and Conditions also apply to purchase contracts concluded by other means, e.g. by telephone, fax or letter. Customers will be informed in the order confirmation where they can download the GTC from the Internet.

    Prices are quoted in CHF. VAT and processing are included. Shipping costs are charged extra. Post: Flat rate CHF 10.00 (postage free from CHF 100.00)

    The supplier reserves the right to change the prices at any time. For customers, the prices published on the website on the date of the order shall apply. If the supplier reduces its prices before delivery, the reduced prices shall also apply to orders that have arrived beforehand, even if the contract has not yet been confirmed. The price shall be reduced accordingly. However, if the Supplier subsequently increases the prices, the lower price on the date of the order shall apply, even if the contract has not yet been confirmed.

3. delivery conditions

    Delivery is normally made within 3 working days (CH and FL). If a longer delivery time is necessary, the customer will be informed after this time at the latest. If no information is provided, the customer is entitled to waive the delivery.

4. purchase on account with instalment facility (POWERPAY)

MF Group / POWERPAY offers the payment method "purchase on account" as an external payment service provider. With the single invoice, you can simply pay your online purchase by invoice. If you choose not to pay within the specified time frame, you will receive a monthly invoice with an order summary in the following month.

Upon conclusion of the purchase contract, POWERPAY assumes the invoice claim that has arisen and handles the corresponding payment modalities. When purchasing on account, you accept POWERPAY's terms and conditions in addition to our GTC. (
